Expertise and Responsibilities of VPA GmbH

VPA GmbH specializes in automation and software for PLCs (programmable logic controllers). Our main customers are in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. The areas of responsibility that we will be taking on at ASCO include incorporating the latest technologies into products (Industry 4.0 and IIoT), software maintenance and enhancements to existing systems, developing new systems with state-of-the-art technology, modernizing older systems with new technology (retrofitting) and many other tasks. The digitalization of production and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) make it possible to network physical and virtual objects with each other in order to simplify processes - an exciting topic for dry ice production technology too.
